Child care

We are going to offer a free child care service during QM2015.

We will have a child care room in the building where the conference will take place, and there will be some child care staff. They are all well-trained and friendly, and some of them can speak English. The number of the child care staff will depend on the number and ages of the children to be taken care of.

To use this service, you will need to make a reservation by the end of August. Please contact qm2015@riken.jp and inform us of the number and ages of your children ASAP.

In case the number of children, who are going to use this service, goes beyond our expectations, we may need to ask all users to pay some fees to hire additional child care staff. If this occurs, we will notify you at least two weeks prior to the conference.

Please feel free to ask us any questions about staying in Japan with your children. It will be our sincere pleasure to help you to have a wonderful time in Japan with your children.
